Personalized, customized Knives not eligible for return or exchange, unless the Knife was damaged or defective upon arrival.

within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it
can no longer be canceled.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the Knives.
Shipping and Handling Costs

returns and exchanges, unless the item was damaged or defective upon
arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refunds
