TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, all orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you’ve placed an order and need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, your order can no longer be canceled.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order by mistake and still wish to receive it, the best option is to place a new order on our site. Simply complete the checkout process again to finalize the new order. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@zellamall.com.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled. If you haven’t received this confirmation email, please contact us at support@zellamall.com (be sure to include your original order number), and we’ll be happy to confirm the cancellation status for you.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds include the item price and applicable taxes; original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
